1030 N Oxford Avenue Worst Neighborhood In East Hollywood

1030 N Oxford Avenue Worst Neighborhood In East Hollywood

Is you looking to move and live close to 1030 N Oxford Avenue Worts Neighborhood In East Hollywood think twice.

First, Oxford Avenue is a narrow street that has too much traffice all the times. Oh course people walking back and forth as well.

On top of that some neighbors who think they own the building where they live do not want you to make any noise.

Those mentally ill neighbors are using machines to make noise all the times. One neighbor is using a saw machine including a heat air blowing machine. Which are illegal to be used in an apartment complex. Per the LA Fire Department, on Monday night one man was hitting hard the floor with some kind of heat explosion on the back of an empty house.

Do you recognize this man?

Also see flyer of a man that was suppossed to serve legal documents, returns next day to still a ring.com camera.

Fire Chase Bank For Been The Worst Financial Institution In The USA

JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A aka Chase Bank Violates FDIC, FTC, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, BBB and Consumer Affairs Regulations with businesses and consumers accounts.

Diversity News Publications Media Group Corporation announces that JP Morgan Chase Bank breaks rules and regulations by violating FDIC, FTC, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, BBB and Consumer Affairs rules, procedures and regulations with multiple businesses and consumers account owners. Only because some merchants like Enterprise Rent A Car, Visa or Mastercard overcharges consumers on services and products that creates overdraft or over the limit on their accounts they decide to restrict online acces, close accounts and withhold funds for over 90 days on a closed account without giving the necessary notice to them neither allowing time for the notice to arrive before taking the necessary actions against loyal hardworking consumer.

"On 5-22-2018 I called #chaseclaimsdept to check on my #closed aka #frozenaccount because they decided to #restrictmyonline access and to close my #businesscheckingaccount where I have #automaticpayments and #directdeposit set up." Said  Esteban Steven Escobar, President and Executive Editor In Chief at Diversity News Magazine (http://diversitynewsmagazine.com/), CEO and President at Diversity News Publications (http://diversitynewspublications.com/), Radio Personality and Host at Diversity News Radio (http://diversitynewsradio.diversitynewspublications.com/), Director and Producer at Diversity News TV (http://youtube.com/diversitynews), Founder, President and Executive Producer at Diversity  Pageants USA (http://www.diversitypageantsusa.com/) Diversity News Productions.  Mr. Escobar concluded  "They closed even my account without giving me 30 days notice. So the bastards at #chasebank has over $900 and more to come of my money. So they ask me to open an account online or go to branch and open one or go withdraw #mymoney. On 5-23-2018 I went to Chase bank in Panorama City, one of the poorest and bad neighborhood in Los Angeles County of the state of California.  Undereducated Representtive Cindy Mendoza who is getting underpay and taken high responsibility on a low paying job perhaps because she don't even have more than a high school diploma tried to help me but did not care neither went beyond over 100% in resolving this unethical and unfair business practic and keeps saying they can't release the funds until August?"

There are lots of consumers in California that are getting violated and disrespected by JP Morgan Chase Bank who is too big to take care of consumers and they are not helping the consumers instead they are creating a big mess with consumers money because the can't pay others because a bank like JP Morgan Chase Bank is not following federal government rules, policy and regulations.

To all JP Morgan Chase Bank consumers if you have multiple accounts with Chase Bank May sure you fire them or move them to another bank because they will froze or close your accounts and they will not release your funds and you will have no money to pay other creditors, vendors, merchants or do payrol.  A class action needs to be filed against JP Morgan Chase Bank as soon as possible and don't agreed to have multiple products with them because they will screw You.

Ilieen Ramirez selected to participate on Kaiser Permanente’s 2017 Rose Parade® Float Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Watts Counseling and Learning Center (WCLC).
At only 11 years old, Ilieen Ramirez is dedicated to helping the community, especially the children who have lost a loved one to Cancer and those who have been victims of crimes.
“Kids Can Cope taught me that I can develop from my grief,” says Ilieen Ramirez. She continues “I learned that I don’t have to stay in this position forever, that it’s OK to cry, but that I can move on.”
Due to her dedication she will have the honor of being in the tournament of roses in the float of Kaiser Permanente Watts Counseling and Learning Center representing Kids Can Cope.

“All of the emotions in each stage of grief…I’ve felt them before. It feels good that I get to show others how to get through this. I get to tell them what I learned through my loss and show them they’re not alone.” concluded Miss Ramirez.
Ilieen has received a recognition as one of the youth leaders of 2016 for being an example and pride of the New Generations of Guatemalans in U.S.A.
Also here is what Kaiser Permanente Southern CA Region stated on a press release on December 14, 2016, about Ilieen Ramirez: “Through her participation in the WCLC, Ilieen has begun to heal from these painful experiences. Now, she gives back to the community by helping other kids who are grieving the loss of their loved ones. Ilieen honors her grandparent’s memories by participating in community events that help youth to build character and develop self-esteem, confidence, discipline, and empathy. At just 11-years-of-age, Ilieen exemplifies the importance of community support and the beauty of giving back.”

GLAAD Awards Public Relations Firm Discriminates on Media Company

B|W|R Public Relations must be fire immediately. Please do not sent any donations or support to GLAAD. They are working with racist people like B|W|R Public Relations.

Read the letter:

Sarah Kate Ellis, CEO and President
GLAAD
5455 Wilshire Blvd #1500
Los Angeles, CA 90036

RE: 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards on April 12, 2014

Dear Ms. Ellis,
I am so sorry to send you this group email but I want you all to see and read it. At the same time I want to express how I feel about your PR firm B|W|R Public Relations declining our application to cover your 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hilton on April 12, 2014.

First, the invitation to apply came directly from B|W|R Public Relations and now they decline us. That is not nice to do. Anyway, I feel our outlet is been discriminated against, and the funny thing is that we live in a world that is very diverse with so many people of different backgrounds. I can assure you the words Diverse and Diversity are used in powerful speeches all over the world especially here in the USA. As I have done my research and homework on GLAAD, you also stand to help or raise awareness of a big population as we do. But we are not just serving one group; we are serving and working with all regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, etc.

I would like you or your staff to contact the B|W|R Public Relations PR firm and tell them about this complaint and to issue an apology to me and my team that we are proud of the work GLAAD does and we honor your organization but we would not tolerate or accept discrimination.

So, please let me know what will happen, and clear the air because this is pure discrimination from an organization like yours that is supposed to be fighting human discrimination in the USA but all over the world.
I am so sorry to come to you this way, but I know for fact that the PR firm BWR Public Relations in the past has been hard to work with and has approved other outlets that do not even publish their content. They need to learn about mainstream media like us, Diversity News Magazine, and all the masses that we are reaching not only through diversitynewsmagazine.org, our parent company site http://diversitynewspublications.com/ but also via our Youtube channels at http://youtube.com/diversitynews, https://www.youtube.com/user/diversitynewstv,
https://www.youtube.com/user/DNTVBloopersour Blip TV at http://blip.tv/diversity-news-tv, our online radio show at http://diversitynewsradio.diversitynewspublications.com/, my own personal website/blog at
http://stevenescobar.diversitynewspublications.com/ and oh course our social media such Facebook fanpage at https://www.facebook.com/DiversityNewsMagazine, Instagram: http://instagram.com/diversitynewsmagazine,
Twitter at https://twitter.com/diversitynewsee, Pinterest at http://www.pinterest.com/diversitynews/, Tumbler at http://dispatchusa.tumblr.com/ and the list goes on.
If those masses are not important for your organization, then you have the wrong mission and purpose, and are in the wrong business of not helping our community.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me any time directly at 213-321-9408 or 818-787-1249 or reply to all the emails; they get forwarded to my iphone.
Please be aware that I have cc'ed some people and I would not want to get them involved, so I hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible by you communicating with your PR firm B|W|R Public Relations. I sincerely wish to hear back from you soon,

Sincerely,
